October 20th - 2008 Awards Gala Dinner

Honouring the winners of the Globe and Mail Business for the Arts Awards, The Edmund C. Bovey Award and the NEW Arnold Edinborough Award!

The 2008 winners include:

The Globe and Mail Business for the Arts Awards honour businesses in the categories of Best Arts/Entrepreneur Partnership, Most Effective Corporate Program, Most Innovative Marketing Sponsorship and The First Dance Award

The Edmund C. Bovey Award recognizes outstanding individual patrons.

New in 2008 is the Arnold Edinborough Young Professionals Award. This award recognizes volunteer leadership in the arts by a young business professional under the age of 40.

Arts organizations and businesses from across Canada put forward their nominations each Spring, and a jury selects the winners from amongst these nominees. An annual Awards Gala and Dinner celebrates the winners in the Fall. This years celebration will take place October 20th at the Carlu in Toronto, with a special Arnold afterparty to celebrate the inaugural winner of the Arnold Award!
