Arbor Theatre with Discount Car & Truck Rentals
Arbor Theatre, located in Peterborough, Ontario, is a company dedicated to presenting Canadian historical plays. During the artsVest program, Arbor Theatre partnered with Discount Car & Truck Rentals. “Our partnership with Discount Car & Truck Rentals was innovative”, Arbor Theatre commented. “People don't generally think of this type of business as being supportive of the arts, but Discount is dedicated to helping transport our actors around Ontario to bring live theatre to remote schools who would not otherwise benefit from the energizing experience of creative theatre.” The artsVest partnership expanded their audience base, particularly to children who would normally not have the opportunity to see their presentations.
